I called in and informed the receptionist the issue I was having was an engine crankshaft issue. I also informed her Huntsville Hyundai dealership could not see me until December. She assured me they could get me in Sep 7 . Once I arrived at location I was informed they could only schedule me for the engine issue in January. I told them they could have told me that over the phone and wasting my time and gas driving to decatur. They however did fix a recall issue with ABS recall. I was never notified by Hyundai of this issue and could have had it serviced in ,Huntsville.

I came before in June and they didn’t have the things needed for it. Second time I got a letter stating they were able to do recall finally. Called and made an appointment a week in advance for the recall issue. When I get there and waited for it to be completed, they inform me in a couple days the part will be in. I shouldn’t have assumed that they had everything ready since they already knew why I made the appointment in the first place. So it’ll hopefully be fix by the third appointment. I understand the first appointment wasn’t their fault. But knowing full and well the reason why I came a second time and still no part is frustrating. I even called and left a message asking for a callback. They didn’t. Lesson learn: call and see if they have everything for recall or to ask what the process of doing recall. I don’t like wasting the techs time and mine over something that could have been prevented. And if it was part of process then please let the customer know beforehand please. T

I came in to have 2 recalls done on my Santa Fe suv. The mechanic decided to have Chloe tell me about 2 other services he thought my car needed. I decided these were good decisions. Chloe carefully explained each service - brake fluid exchange, and a transmission fluid exchange. I sat and waited while my car was being serviced. Chloe was helpful to me and all the customers in the waiting area. She greeted each customer with a smile, and went out of her way to make each of us feel important to her. She answered the phone with an uplifted sound in her voice! Chloe made the waiting room a pleasant place! She is great at her job! Service: General repairs & maintenance
