Alex and Jay are phenomenal! I’ve been using them for years and on different vehicles. They are the best in Birmingham! Great service, will fix your issues and let you know honestly if you can afford to wait on a repair or if it’s needed to save your vehicle in the long run. Every time anything is wrong with one of my cars, I always call them immediately. My car runs better than when it left the lot thanks to them!!

I called the shop and spoke with Alex whom I shared details of my issue and what I was needing done. I had check engine, abs, traction control and brake light on. I have been a shade tree for over 12 years so I know my way around an engine. After listening to my problem, Alex said abs module would solve some of my issue so I paid$300 for used module from salvage yard. Not sure if he actually changed it out but no more abs, traction and brake light. I Initially also asked for one O2 sensors that I couldn't get out(change) to be replaced (I changed the other three). Brand New sensor that I purchased was left in locked vehicle when I dropped truck off. When I changed out drive shaft because of bad carrier bearing I noticed the sensor had not been replaced and check engine light back on. When I called Alex at the shop he said "nothing I can do". He replaced sensor that needed instead of what I asked and paid for ????. So why is check engine light back on same day I picked up. I would have

I had my vehicle towed here on 5-13-2023 as I had received an oil change from Jiffy Lube earlier and it was now running rough with the engine light on. After doing diagnostic testing it was found that chamber where the cabin filter was changed was not properly secured and the chamber was not cleaned of debris and the computer had to reset. My vehicle was back running as it was running prior to my oil change. I would definite recommend. ABAN the tow truck driver is a rock star and all the staff at Automotive & Truck Doctor that I interacted with was awesome. I am thankful for their professionalism and compassion given.
