OTR Driver stopped here in Cheyenne, WY had a airline that was leaking. Stopped here at the shop to get it fixed and Brandon the tech did a superior job. Was in and out quick I recommend you stop through here if you have any work that is needed done. Thank You Brandon
Their technician showed up and didn’t know how to fix a coolant leak that I had. For 40 minutes of nothing I got charged $600. When I asked to explain why I’m getting charged that amount I was threatened with a tow back to their shop. Worst place to do business with.
Started with an 88 minute eta. Waited 3 hours to be told a technician was 2 hours away. Waited another 3 hours. Was told they had another technician 3 hours away. In total Waited 9 hours for a technician while their shop was roughly 4 miles away. Only reason they don't get 1 star is because the issue was fixed.
