Excellent Chevrolet parts department! Sonny got me a new engine for my 1985 GMC pickup!
I hate going to dealerships for service work. It seems the ones I've gone to in the past thought I was a rich idiot. I was happy to find Terrell's service department not only quoted the job, but stuck to it. I will be back.
Justice (lady service rep) has a nice demeanor, but doesn't attend to details very well - like actually checking to confirm that all fluid levels were topped off as promised. I also note that the dealership is pretty aggressive in finding "add on tasks" to hike up profits. Buyer beware and ask for any parts that are replaced.
