Grabers Diesel Repair - Automotive - Rv- Onan Generators

I needed to have my Onan generator service I made an appointment with Grabers showed up they got me in did an awesome job on my generator that's running perfectly thank you for the great service. I would recomend this shop.

My first experience was awesome. My second experience was for an oil change that I scheduled a week prior. Arrived at 8 am and was the first customer there. Over 2 hours later it was done. They did have the parts even though the appointment was made a week earlier. My last visit was for spark plugs. Again it was made one week in advance and I was the first customer there at my 8 am appointment. Per Ford this should take 2 hours. After 4 hours I called and they said they didn’t have the parts. I said why would you not have checked this before the scheduled appointment and why did you NOT call and say we do not have the parts would you like to reschedule?? It has now been 7 hrs and I have not received anything from them Very poor communication and customer service. Their are other shops in town. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

They got me right in the shop diagnosed the problem and ordered the part I needed overnight and I was back on the road! Very professional, courteous and price was reasonable... very top shelf mechanics! I'd recommend them to anyone.
