Axle is an a great mechanic and a good person. He went above and beyond. He was fair with his pricing and also didn’t do any unnecessary work. I had a long trip from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Vancouver, Washington. He texted me several times to make sure I was ok and made it safely to my location. I was blessed to have found him. Not too many people are concerned about what they do and what they charge you. Axle was fair and only did what he needed to do to get me going safely. I wished all mechanics were honest like he is. I was on a long road trip from Oregon to Tennessee. My truck broke down outside of Cheyenne, WY and after trying one place that didn't work out, we decided to give Axle a try. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We were hold up in a hotel and he communicated with us the whole time and even worked on his day off to help get us moving again. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point. He did some extra services to improve my truck's performance and correctly diagnosed and replaced the broken part. He also did a check on any recalls, and pulled up my truck's service history to know what work had been done prior. He also gave me some great advice on how to drive the rest of my trip hauling the load I had, and gave me some long term advice on how to get the most life out of my vehicle. In an emergency situation and need car help asap? Axle will get the job done. This man goes above and beyond to meet your needs. My car suddenly stopped accelerating on my way back to Colorado. I soon came to realize it was a bigger issue than a dead battery. I began calling auto repair shops near the area... but it was 4th of July week. No answers. As soon as I called axle, he picked up, and I told him about my emergency. He quickly helped me handle the situation. He recommended a tow company and got my car to his shop that day at low cost. It took some time to diagnose the issue, but Axle worked relentlessly to figure it out, and kept me updated every step of the way. Axle drove TO COLORADO AND BACK to get parts, and was able to get my car up and running, despite the holiday and projects ahead of him.
