Firestone Complete Auto Care

I recently had some alignment work done on my vehicle. Turns out I needed some additional work as well. They did a great job! And it was a very fair price.

I had my mother take her vehicle here. I thought Firestone would have intelligent technicians but boy was I wrong they tried to screw her over every which way since Sunday they tried to convince her she needed all this service done and was told she needed a rear differential on her Hyundai sonata which doesn't have a rear diff im a ase certified master tech and none of what they told her is correct do not take your car here you will get screwed over I'm reporting the manager and technicians to corporate and possibly even the labor board

Brought my truck in because my A/C was blowing warm air. They took my truck for about an hour and when they were done they told me my A/C was blowing warm air and charged me 60$ for it. Then went on to tell me I needed an oil change and needed to replace my air filter even though I just did both of those things a few weeks back. They also wrote down all my tires were at 35psi and that that psi was ok. Had me confused because they are E rated tires. So they should be at 75ish so I checked it and they were fine. Last but not least they didn't properly put my air filter cover back on. The top was caught on the corner and they only put 2 of the 5 clips back on. All in all wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They will for sure overcharge you and will try and sell you more than what you need. The manger of the place basically said he didn't care and hinted at me being a liar when confronted about it. Service: Air conditioning
