I had a great experience. Greg the general manager was very helpful and went above and beyond. My battery was bad and so had to drive 8 hours. Even though I bought my battery in a different town he took the time to call them find my warranty and took great care of me.
Worst customer service ever at the advance auto store on Dell range. Store on East Lincoln way was much friendlier and helpful. Issue was with warranty service.
Greg is so proffessional and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with the smappest item giving us the worst kind of trouble. We had gone to more than five othet auto stores, computer stores, part outlets- spoke to subject matter experts yet these people were not even willing to look to see if they could be.of help. The troublesome part the smallest of blade connector. Greg kindnrss in locating, instruction of install is inspirational. Thank you Greg for all you do!
