Put my truck into the shop to have a door replaced and a dually fender replaced. I received estimates for both items. Never received a phone call saying truck was completed. I called today and they told me truck was done, but they only fixed the door. Somehow, they were unaware they were supposed to fix the fender (with an estimate in hand, and I requested the fender and door both be fixed) and I have no more time to leave the truck. Astorg has received ALOT of business for my two vehicles this year, but there will be no more. Staff is obviously lacking basic comprehension skills.

I am always impressed with how much effort they go to to assure you have a positive experience while getting your vehicle serviced . I reccomend everyone to give them your business whether purchasing a new vehicle or having them do maintenance on one you already own.
