Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They do decent work when you can schedule. However, it’s very difficult to reach someone in the tire center. I’ve called multiple times per day for several days without reaching someone, and when an associate from another department answers the call they nearly always respond by saying the tire center is busy without being able to offer a solution. I’ve also stopped in, just to stand in line hoping someone comes to the counter. This is the standard for this particular Sam’s club tire center based on multiple experiences of my own plus those of others I know.

Please hire someone to answer the phone. The absolute worst experience is attempting to get tire and battery department on the phone. It is shameful.

Just needed a simple mount and balance for one wheel/tire that I even took off myself and they refused because I did not purchase the tire from them. What is the point of buying a membership if I can’t even PAY outright for the simplest service they offer??
