John was amazing to work with. He helped us with a flat tire for my daughter who was traveling home from college. Us being three hours away made me nervous but he made it all work out. I would definitely recommend NTB in Morgantown.

This place is an absolute black hole of anything resembling a good business and does not have customer service in mind at all. They couldn't care less. I brought my M4 Competition to change the tires 2 years ago. Instead of telling me they don't have the proper equipment (special car/wheels) to change them, they ruined all 4 of my wheels in the process of changing the tires. Each wheel is worth $1,600. A piece. The management reluctantly paid to have them refinished. If anyone has seen the difference between a refinished wheel and the original, it's obvious and less durable of a finish. It gets worse, 2 yeas later I need to file a claim for tire damage and one of the requirements is to provide a receipt that the tires were installed on your vehicle. So I call NTB only to find out that these clowns have been acquired by another company and LOST ALL THEIR PREVIOUS RECEIPTS. So now I can't even file a claim for my tires. If I could give them no stars, I would. Tried to get me to pay $1900 to fix things that didn’t need fixed to get an inspection sticker. then called to ask them to email me paperwork from what they did, I was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up because I’m pretty sure they forgot about me.
