Dinsmore Tire & Auto Repair

If I could rate 0, I would. We knew our truck needed the sway bar link replaced on the driver side and was quoted for $80 but the original shop couldn't get us in for a week. We dropped our truck off around 10am today at DINSMORE to get an ESTIMATE. Didn't hear anything from them until 4:15pm to tell us that the part was put on and $150. Once asked how much the part was ($30) the price then dropped to $130. Guy was very rude, very unprofessional and very slow.

Just want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Dave, Brandon and Dakota. Tonight on our way home we got a flat tire in the Mileground roundabout. We pulled into Dinsmore tires figuring they were already closed because it was after 6. The guys were closing the store but saw us pull in and did NOT hesitate to come out to see what was needed. They were all pleasant and extremely helpful and had us back on the road within approximately 20 minutes. You all are greatly appreciated!!!

Came to Dinsmore about a suspected bearing issue - no sooner did I get home after dropping my vehicle off that Dave gave me a call and let me know that they had gotten in and taken a look, and that it was actually another issue entirely. I came back and Dakota brought me over to my car and showed me what was going on with it. They gave me an estimate that was competitive in price to just doing the job myself. I ultimately chose to tackle it on my own given the smaller scope of the repair. Despite that, they refused to charge me for their diagnostic, an almost unheard of gesture it seems in the world of automotive repair. Overall Dave, Dakota, and the rest of the guys at Dinsmore were incredibly friendly and honest - and I very much look forward to doing business with them in the future.
