Was interested in 2 cars they had on their website. Was contacted by a female salesperson. She took all of my info including the VIN and had me send her photos of my car. She wanted to give me a ballpark for my trade. Fast forward 2 weeks, I have heard nothing. Even in this market there are tons of other options. Glad I did not waste a trip there.
Had a loaner car reserved but got a call it didn't come back in. While waiting for the shuttle driver another customer was offered a loaner vehicle after inquiring as to whether he needed to wait or could someone drop him off somewhere. That was a bit confusing for me but not having all of the details I will reserve judgement.
Excellent customer service with Derek Hall! I highly recommend MB of Morgantown. Derek, Charlie and team made the buying experience easy, no pressure, and truly cared.
