We had a punctured tire at 3:00 pm on Sunday, hundreds of miles from home. Danny and the Goodyear crew worked us in and had us back on the road in an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful crew.

What a joke of a place. Everytime I go in they have no idea I've made an online appointment. And everytime I go in they can't help me with what I need. "our equipment for that is down". And today I find out they don't even do state inspections, even though they let you make an appointment for it online. This was the last time they'll waste my time going in.

I wanted to post a positive review about this business. I had driven to Morgantown WV from Atlanta GA to visit family for a few days. It's been a while so I forgot how narrow and *rugged* some WV roads are. As a result, I showed up concerned about damage to my undercarriage (I had seen what I thought was leaking) and tires. No leak (Yay!), though back tires did need replacing. The staff were excellent! Courteous, timely, and the price of 2 tires with labor was very reasonable (I do mean very!). Whether your are from in-town or out-of town, I recommend this business first if you need car help.
