Called to see when the earliest they could get me in for an appointment and they got me in the same day I called. Held a lane open for me for the day but due to a part I needed not coming in on time they rescheduled me for early the following day. When I got there they said the part was wrong and helped me get the right part right away. They were nothing short of courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. I am normally the type of customer that takes my vehicles to the shops that for lack of better words, give the impression that they are the professionals and they can fix your car right (dealerships and places with lots of advertisement). Well after countless trips to the multiple scam artist shops in this town, I took a risk and had my vehicle towed here from a local dealership. The dealership quoted me $5000 for a new transmission and labor, it sat there for months because my wife and I could not afford to fix it. After a friend mentioned to call Lee from Cars Inc to me I gave them a call, the price he quoted me for a used transmission with a warranty and labor was less than 1/3 of the dealerships price. At that price we could afford to fix our car and Lee was even nice enough to have it towed to their shop at no charge. 2 days later I got the call it was finished. I had been ran off the road back another driver in my Volkswagen beetle and it messed up my engine immediately. I got it towed to Cars Inc and they fixed everything in a timely manner and installed a whole new engine at a very fair price.
