I had the pleasure of calling that Wrecking yard and getting Rick Erwin on the phone, in my 30 odd years of owning and sourcing parts I have never found a gentleman so kind and helpful as Rick was. Even though he knew I was calling from Canada he went over and beyond to help us source the correct parts by physically pulling the parts out of the car to confirm correct numbers he help us by telling us exactly how to proceed to provide him with the correct documentation that he needed in order to ship it to us. We received the parts in Canada all the way from West Virginia to our custom brokers within 5 days, I offered Rick extra money for his dedication but he kindly declined by saying he was simply doing his job. Again I say that in all the years of my being in this industry I have yet to find anyone that helpful to a total stranger.
