Oil Changers

The manager Brian Mack was extremely unprofessional. I arrived at 11:10am after calling ahead for an emissions test. He sat in the bathroom until 11:50am as I could hear him playing on his cell phone the entire time well aware that I had my vehicle parked in the garage waiting on him to run the emissions test for me. He is the only staff member able to provide a thumb print to access the test. I am just leaving the shop now at almost noon when the rest took less than 3 mins for him to run. He presented nothing but poor behavior and attitude towards me and sets an ever worse explain for his fellow employees while provide terrible management skills. I highly do NOT recommend receiving his assistance. The remaining employees on staff were extremely helpful and polite as they picked up his slack and apologized on his behalf.

While they always do a great job, Monday's visit was above and beyond. Both technicians were very friendly and helpful, even explaining in detail how l can do a certain maintenance item myself. Service: Oil change

Fantastic service. Very friendly staff. Offered RECOMMENDATIONS but not at all pushy about trying to get me to purchase other items or services. I will definitely return for future services.
