Dominic was a great service guy and Tony was a great salesperson but the finance guy was disrespectful. Our credit is ok but not great. He made the comment that at our age we should know better. What he doesn’t know is that we were both raised by parents who refinanced their homes multiple times and never taught us about credit. We have had to learn the hard way and have never taken out a second mortgage on our house and have been working hard to rebuild our credit. The whole reason we were buying another car was because we didn’t want our young adult daughter buying a car in this inflated market so we gave her one of ours that was paid off so that she didn’t start out her adult life like we did and we have been teaching our kids about credit from the hard lessons we learned. Ryan S was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and responded with effective recommendations. He and the Sales Manager, Joe, went above and beyond to provide the best service to meet our needs. They were willing to engage in reasonable negotiations. It was an enjoyable process from beginning to end! We purchased a car and leased another!
