The customer service was excellent. I was given a fair price. They were able to squeeze me in when I wanted to get in. I will definitely go back.

Took my van into Midas to have the brakes checked before a long trip. Was told that the brakes were almost shot and rotors would need replaced, along with other things for that would cost almost 1000 bucks. Didn't have a good vibe from them. Took it to Monro to have those things addressed and they not only told me but showed me that nothing was wrong at all, and told me they wanted to make sure I didn't waste my money when it wasn't necessary! I'm very grateful. Instead of trying to make an easy buck, they were honest and looked out for my best interests as a customer. They didn't charge me a dime. Definitely will return...Monro earned my trust today!

Incompetent, After taking my vehicle in to check inner and outer tire wear on tires with 4000 miles they have no answers to why tires are wearing, they said alignment is all within specs and all parts are tight in front end and they can’t diagnose why the wear, back in February I asked for printout of alignment but they said the printer is broke, two staff members told me they will not replace the alignment printer for them, it is now June and no printer to see results said there is no camber adjustment? Service manager had no answers. One mechanic told me toe and camber was off when I was in today the other mechanic told me that’s why he is the master technician. I just wanted to know why the wear, the service manager said maybe you hit a curb lol, if I did my alignment would be out right? Very unprofessional
