Had the thrill of coming off the expressway and found I had no brakes. Downshifted and drove to Richlon in Waukesha asking if they have time for repairs. Got a ride home as they got on it immediately and had the brakes repaired by the next day. They also called and said had an issue with the right front and went ahead with the repairs as well same day. Excellent service and great repeair!
They were simply awesome! Got a flat tire on my way out of town and they got me in right away and took care of my flat so my son wasn’t late for his soccer game. Truly superior customer service.
I would like to personally thank Brad for going above and beyond and personally installing my repaired tire. Due to a lack of staff(not Brad’s fault). He had to install tire himself. Service like that will keep me coming back!!!
