They refused to replace my air conditioning belt because they don't want me driving my truck on the road. And they were very rude, and would not return my keys until i demanded them back.(edit) I safely made it back home from my extended vacation with no issues on my 8 hour drive other than not having a/c. I have fixed the a/c, and brakes myself that they also refused to repair after getting back home, and have put another 20k with no further issues.
Was my go to place for all auto repairs. Until they charged me $56 for an estimate. Had another incident where (without permission) they moved the antenna for my back-up camera, to a spot with bad reception. I am now exploring other options.
They have always treated us good. Will always use their services . Very friendly and honest ppl.
