I’ve been coming to Shorewood Auto since I first moved to MKE 10 years ago. I’ve had my fair share of bad luck with cars and they’ve always been up front on what things are going to cost and if it’s even worth doing on my (previous hunks of junk) cars. Now that I have a car that’s not a beater Ive had to do fairly moderate maintenance on it. They are reasonable and explain everything that needs to be done and why. We initially thought the entire exhaust had to go, but they salvaged what they could while not compromising on quality or safety. As a 20-something woman, it’s refreshing to have a reliable mechanic that treats me with respect. It’s the only place I’ll trust with my car in Wisconsin. Ive never been steered wrong (pun intended) here. They’re a small shop with a truly remarkable team. Service has stayed consistent, honest and kind.
