Was told on Friday to show up early right at 7 to be the first one in line, so I got there 10 to 7. Place was dark till 7:11am. 7:15 was informed that they couldn't install my tires that were purchased online because they were not a T rating they were an S rating. This was after the employee "delivered" the tires to me. I was informed just go up front and you can return them up there.. I went up front with my receipt and discovered they do not open customer service until 8 am. So I had to wait because the tires were not in my possession! Once it did open the customer service rep didn't know how to fix the issue. After a little while and some phone calls the credit was given for the purchase. So 1.5 hours wasted and still no tires. They couldn't install the tires because of 6mph difference between an S and T rated tires. Even the spare on the vehicle is a S rated tire and is full size. So the truck can have S rated tires according to the manufacturer. Waste of time and silly excuses

They just need more people working there. That's why it takes about an hour before they get around to putting the tires back on. They keep bringing in more cars into the stalls and cashiering at the same time. There's only 3 people working and tons of customers. They're friendly and seem like they know what they're doing. Just need more managers and cashiers to take care of the desk work. They also didn't charge me for a valve stem they worked on for maintenance and thanked me for being patient.

I was able to keep my tire appointment, even though my car had broken down. I was able to bring in my old tires and have my new tires put on my rims. When my car is driveable I can come in for my alignment
