Who doesn't love Fleet Farm?? Had to get 2 tires replaced over the weekend the Fox Valley/Winnebago Co. area had that big snowstorm. I got my tires & car back before noon Saturday the next day, & got great service from the staff there. I had to go Back bc my tire warning light stuck on, they took care of it though. & You can get footwarmers at Fleet Farm, those are a life saver!!
Quick service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices.
Went in for a routine oil change & ended up having the drain plug stripped, allowing all the oil to leak out. If we wouldn't have caught it, It could have lead to some pretty bad situations. Including extreme engine wear, engine stalling, grinding or engine will failure. And I had to take it to another shop to be repaid because Fleet Farm doesn't have the capability to fix those problems. Fleet Farm did pay to have the drain plug repaired.
