My car had issues starting. I called to inquire about getting a tow to their location and having my vehicle serviced by them. They were prompt in accepting my vehicle and towing it to them. That's the only thing that was prompt. After that, I had to call them, asking for updates on the next steps and the progress of my vehicle. I got the run around for 3 weeks, then finally got fed up and asking how much work had been done in those 3 weeks and what I owed as I wanted to take it elsewhere as it was taking too long. They told me I owed 30 minutes of labor and the tow. They had my car THREE WEEKS and had supposedly taken 30 minutes to LOOK at my car only, then had the nerve to charge me for it (when I would call to check in, they would always tell me it was be a couple more days til it was done). AND they NEVER called me to communicate, which is obviously, in hindsight, because they were just letting it sit there while I paid for a loaner vehicle in the mean time. Total rip off. I would N

Very Disappointed in Tod Schmick and Turn Key Auto Sales in Oshkosh, WI. I tried to purchase 2018 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid LUXE JN1AV7AR0JM540019 from him. We agreed upon the price, payment method and the condition of the vehicle. He was very supportive and answered all of my questions. I gathered all the paperwork, took a day off from work and drove 9 hours to buy the vehicle. The vehicle looked good from the outside, despite the minor scratches and small dents. But the interior was not in a desirable condition. The drivers floor mat was in a bad condition. It had a big hole through the mat and a carpeting of the vehicle. The rear seat leather was ripped. Under the hood lots of bolts were rusted/corroded. Right side arm control unit was replaced, but not by the Infiniti dealership. I asked about these things. He answered I do not know for some of the questions and I forgot to tell you for another. I asked him to fix the carpeting and the rear seat leather so I can ignore the rest of the pr
