I went to the Velasquez Off 76th and Hampton and was not pleased witg the service they offer and the appointment times that was giving. I went there and ask the lady to call me when the welding machines was coming in and she never called and so i went up there and she said ill have to schedule for athe next day to get my car looked at. I left and went to the Velasquez on 58th and Cap and they got me in and out with the service i needed. I had to get a new flex pipe put on. He did it in 30mins and got it sounding back right. They definitely are worth going to and worth the time and miney. Never will i mess with the one on Hampton they are very disappointing and care less about the service you ask about.
