Came here because of a referral from my sister who was also referred here by another person. I knew I needed new brake pads and possibly new rotors (I heard grinding sounds) so I called Mo and he got me in same day. Got the job done quickly and on time as promised. Mo noticed my passenger side brake pads wore down faster, said it could be due to a few reasons but said he wouldn’t suggest doing anything other than what we had planned. I appreciate the honesty! The shop is very reasonable with their pricing.
Honest and fair. The best ! Do yourself a favor and the next time you need repair on your auto go to Pro Tech. 10/9/23 I'm always happy when I pick up my auto. I know that everything is fixed and fixed correctly.
Pro Tech is in my opinion the most trustworthy shop in the city. I have never had a problem with any of their work.
