Velasquez Complete Auto Care

Took my 2008 Dodge grand caravan in because it was loud found out a pipe was the cause. They fixed right their very fast very fare price quick service. They did me right have done business with them before and will again if and when I need them they are always there to help. ???? Service: Exhaust

The work that they performed was very good. The issue I had with them was that their credit card machine was broken but they didn't tell you until it was time to pay. So I had to go next door to the ATM to pay to get my money which I didn't like. Had I known that beforehand, I would have gone to my bank or went someplace else.

I was taken care of right away by the nice, professional receptionist. The gentleman who was in the reception area was nice as well, he lead me to my car where the mechanic showed me and explained everything to me in detail and was nice enough to accept the facetime to explain it to my husband who was at work!. I thought that was aweso.e and they said it would be an hour or so, but I got my truck back in less, it was like 30-40 minutes. Being that i had Chemotherapy that day and felt so sick, they parked my truck close to the front door, I appreciate that so much. I know they could tell i wasn't feeling well.
