Fred's Auto Body Repair

Went in for a simple tire plug. The mechanic was very rough with my car, I wasn't confident he knew what he was doing, halfway through the job he couldn't find any tire plugs so for a moment they couldn't repair the tire. The storefront is awkwardly messy. They only accept cash and no card. My tire still has a hole in it after the "repair". Overall very friendly people but the professionalism is lacking extensively.

Came to the shop on Tuesday morning to replace front pads. Been called around 2 pm to pick up a car Came back at 230 and wait another 2 hours to pick up a car because work wasn't done After car been picked up I heard se noise as before I called back and old rude guy replied back what I want if I only pay for pads Never again ill go to Fred's auto ????????????

I used to go to Fred's about ten years ago.... My how the mighty have fallen..... I brought my charger in for a muffler / resonator delete and to have a set of flowmaster fx and tips installed..... They quoted $300 cash over the phone which seemed a little high (but everything is expensive now so I didn't haggle). I picked it up in the rain and noticed the exhaust tips weren't flush with the car as I had specified on the phone. I called to complain and "Fred" told me to come back another day and he would fix it. When I returned, the shop was closed... I thought maybe they were on lunch... Then I explained the problem to one of the yard guys, who looked under and said... The tips weren't flush because THE MUFFLERS WERE LEFT ON! Not only did I tell three people it was a muffler resonator delete.... I also offered a picture to the guy that installed it and he laughed and said... I got it, I don't need a picture......
