I bought a car at their dealership in February and drove it for a week before it was due for maintenance. I was told the only thing that was messed up was the lifter tick which is common on the car I have (it is) and the parking brake not working. They had agreed to cover these repairs and any other thing that came up. When I went to sign the paperwork after the loan had been approved, they had told me that they had purchased a warranty (that I explicitly expressed NOT wanting). They had done this so the repairs they needed for the car I bought would end up costing ME money after I had already agreed to purchase it without. There was no way for me to remove it as it would take extra time and the loan amount was already set. It was in the mechanic for a MONTH because it ended up needing a new engine, something they repaired (but not completely). I got my car back on 3 separate occasions and took it right back within 5 minutes because one thing wasn't fixed or it started a noise immediat

After a thermostat and coolant replacement earlier in the year and the heat in cabin always too high, brought it back for check especially for coolant level being too low.. They added coolant for the last service and charged about $250. This service is related to the prior one and $250 is excessive to top off sime coolant.
