The caliper on the driver side front, got stuck, I called Nereo, he not only provided me with a phone number for a tow truck, but he fixed it the same afternoon!! Keep the great service guys!!! I needed to have a full engine replacement after a timing chain failure on my X3. Nero was absolutely fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, quick to tackle the job, and he kept me informed throughout the process. A few strange issues popped up and he was all over them, making sure that my car was right.
