Not Worth It. Bad Customer Service From Both Females That Works There. Very Rude. Would Not Recommend and paid about $1,200 for both front struts and brakes to be repaired and it didn't last 2 weeks. Knowledgeable mechanic!! Very friendly here, and usually good at communicating what's being done to my vehicle and when. They've worked on a couple of my cars and always done a great job. If you need anything done to your vehicle I would highly recommend stopping by.

As a woman I’m always skeptical about going to the mechanic to get anything fixed. A good mechanic friend from my job gave me their opinion but just didn’t have the time to fix it for me and advised me on what it should cost to fix. I also took it to the dealer and they quoted me 2 times more than what El Tapatio charged me. El Tapatio professionalism, expertise and knowledge exceeded my expectations. When a mechanic finds out what’s wrong, it takes some time to order the correct parts and install them which is expected but overall the completion of the work was very reasonable. During the inspection, diagnostic and work I only dealt that 2 men. It’s unfortunate that others didn’t have a pleasant experience but El Tapatio has earned a life time customer in me. My SUV has over 210,000 miles and I’m the 4th owners so I’m sure something else will go out eventually. I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication to diagnosing and finding out the problem with my SUV. I highly recommend
