James is an exceptionally friendly and helpful mechanic. Each time I come here for an issue with my old Prius, he explains his findings clearly and, when possible, gives me several options for moving forward. I very much trust Westside Service Center to identify the problem with my car and charge me fairly.

I brought my 2007 Volvo XC70 here solely based on the reviews. My car had quite a few issues that I have been putting off for quite some time. James was very knowledgeable and gave me a few different quotes to address my issues. After going through and picking the most important fixes, I was able to stay in my budget. My car was fixed promptly and RUNS GREAT! Prices were good and I feel like I got honest answers to my different issues. I will be back for sure!
