If Negative 5 stars were a review category that would be my review. Kept my cycle all summer, didn't resolve anything. Had to call him monthly for update and ultimately pay him for parts he apparently put in that did nothing and that I did not authorize him to put in. Upon payment he stated he normally doesn't accept checks and would be back if check wasn't good. As business person, I would be embarrassed to do nothing for 3 months and then come to customer home to collect funds and insult customer for doing nothing. I assume he knows what he is doing, but doesn't have the business sense to communicate, provide estimate before doing work or follow up with updates.

After laying my bike down I brought it to Mike to have it professionally looked over. I am a new rider and don't know what things on my bike were off or working poorly. He listed off the things that needed to be done to it so it can be safe and run for a while without needing more service. This being my first bike I want to do the work myself so all he charged me was for his time to look it over and his professional opinion. He is very knowledgeable and fairly priced. He did not have a problem with looking over the bike, form a diagnosis, and then have me take it home to do the work myself. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Left the front brake caliper loose on my bike, refused to fix it when I asked him about it, cussed me out and said I don’t know bikes. Do not go here Service: Brake service & repair
