Top Tier Automotive

So far so good! I’m VERY picky about who I let touch my cars, Top Tier is so far the only place in the Madison area that has treated me with absolute respect and understanding. It’s a pleasure talking with them, you can tell they love what they do. I’ll add an update once I take my car in for the repairs.

WARNING! If you pay these people, they can be the nicest. If you bring it back for warranty, they will break and leave tools under your hood, hoping you bring it back so they charge you for something they "tried' to fix. Josh "Hm.. that's weird..? it should be fixed. Everyone ONLINE says that should solve the problem.." Didn't have my car for over 3 wks! and still left with the same problem. I had to leave my car in worser condition when I brought it in. TRUE SCAMMERS! GREEDY! with FAKE REVIEWS!

Brought my vehicle in for an inspection. They replied quickly to my emails to set up the appointment. Super friendly people at the front desk, I stayed while they inspected it and they have a nice waiting room with wifi and coffee. They quoted me an inspection price before taking it in which I appreciated, then sent me a detailed email about everything that could use work. Definitely recommend.
