Helpful staff, clean & comfortable waiting area, and trustworthy service. I particularly like that they technicians record a video walkthrough showing & explaining their findings during a diagnostic. I feel I'm in good hands! Service: General repairs & maintenance
A well thought out and implemented customer experience. I had my car's battery replaced and waited at the service center. The waiting area is comfortable, and an employee offered me an empty desk so I could work privately while I waited. I appreciated the video the mechanic texted to me showing what was done on my car and anticipating some questions I might have. Just very well done all around. The only flaw is that the air conditioner is very cold, so if you're a chilly person like me you should bring a sweater. Service: Auto battery replacement
