Rosen Nissan Madison Service

After having an awful experience as a first time buyer elsewhere, I chose to take my vehicle to Rosen to repair the issues I had from the previous dealership. I was promptly taken care of and reassured I was in good hands. I am happy with my experience and will continue to recommend them to anyone else! Honestly, they did a great job. I went in for a recall repair and they did a thorough car inspection. I worked with Audrey. She was happy to let me take the list of recommended repairs home to consider, and wasn’t pushy at all. I was there for two hours with a toddler, so that was a long wait, but everyone I spoke to was kind and considerate. They said my brakes needed work, but I was afraid a dealership would rip me off. I called a lot of other places for a quote/estimate, and the estimate the dealership gave was actually significantly CHEAPER than 5/6 of the places I called. They quoted 450$ (including labor) and some of the local mechanics I called quoted 600$ or more! The one place that was cheaper was only cheaper by 30$. I trust them to take their time, do a good job, and charge a fair price.

Overall they did a great job, David was my service advisor and I would definitely go back to him again. The vehicle I brought and the questions and issue I was having were not your usual every day service stop, Due to the vehicle performance modifications some places don't even want to work on the car. They handled it very well didn't try to over sell or charge to much, my issue was fixed in just under two hours from start to finish. Bit of a wait but not to bad for a busy service drive.
