Rosen Nissan Madison Service

Has concerns of a rough vibration and some grinding noise. I was a walk in.. was told it wouldn't be looked at until a few days later being that there were many appointments set before me. But was also advised without making promises, that they would try and look at it the same day I took it in. Great staff very professional and excellent service.. They called me the very same day I dropped it off stating it was ready for pickup. WOW! A mind blowing turn around and what had me very amazed was the health check report video that was sent directly to my phone. Many cars in and not once have I ever gotten a visual report on my vehicle..

Great service!! Had an issue with a recent vehicle purchase and the service dept got it taken care of right away and even looked at one other concern I had. They communicated throughout the process and were fantastic!

The place is good, is a Nissan dealer as well Service Center. The appointment wait times are pretty neat and you get the very soon, however, the actual service is okay and the Labour charge is usually more. They wash your car after which is not worth it. They don’t do interior detailing as well. Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, General repairs, Brakes, Oil change
