Phoenix is awesome. I own a 2002 Subaru Forester. To save money, I try to do as much of my own car repair work as possible with my limited knowledge and tools. Stuff that’s beyond my ability I take to Phoenix. A few years ago my starter began to fail. I researched how to replace it, bought a rebuilt starter at Autozone and then tried to remove my failing starter. The bolts securing the starter to the engine were frozen and I could not remove them. Worse, I stripped the head of one of them. I took my car to Phoenix and in 2 minutes they loosened the frozen bolts. They didn’t seek any payment say they didn’t mind doing me this one favor. But I insisted that I had to pay them something so they asked for $10. I drove my car home and successfully replaced the starter. Phoenix has also advised me on other car repair projects and their guidance and insights have,, so far, never been wrong. Thank you Phoenix.

Does Phoenix Auto need any more good reviews? Well just one more...Bob and Chris at Phoenix Auto are a class act and did a wonderful job of bringing my Volvo v70 up to date with the necessary maintenance checks, oil change, guide pins replacement, alternator replacement and several other things on my check list.
