Great service! I was visiting Madison from Illinois and had car trouble resulting in a tow to Jensen Auto. They got my vehicle in right away and charged a fair price (according to my home mechanic) to replace a transmission line, fill with fluid and test drive, determining that I hadn't ruined the transmission. I went in for an estimate to replace my driver-side window and I was quoted almost $400. I thought this was crazy since I just paid $700 for someone to take off my ENTIRE front end to replace some part and do a bunch of other things. I found a replacement mirror online for $25. The mechanic (very sweet guy) then told me that they would be using the original Toyota part. I looked it up, it runs about $180. Fine, but then I thought, where is the other $220 coming from?! I decided to buy the part and do it myself, it’s an exterior part, it can’t be THAT hard... I looked up a YouTube video. It was 10 mins long, I watched it a couple times. My part arrived 3 days later. It took me all of 30 MINUTES to replace the mirror with BARELY looking at the YouTube video. The tools I needed were super generic, most people have them if they have any sort of tool box. I get that fixing cars can be hard, time-consuming and expensive. Had my daughters car towed there on a Sunday after a breakdown. Since we do not have a relationship with a repair facility we took a chance on something close to my daughters residence. Couldn't be happier with results. While they were busy, they took care of us estimated properly and got the repair done on time and on budget. Jim was very nice to work with.
