Bringing the police over and had created a case is what I had to do if I hadn’t had to leave town soon. I wish it can help you all.

MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE! Apparently the online booking just allows for infinite overbookings, and the unfortunate people at the actual service center are left to deal with the fallout. Anyway, beyond that, the staff was super helpful and managed to fit me in. Work was done quickly and to a very high standard, and price was reasonable. Made a same day appointment to have my brakes looked at through the website. When I arrived at the shop a few hours later they stated that I probably made an appointment at the wrong shop. When I showed him my confirmation he said “oh well I guess this is the right place but we didn’t have the appointment come through and we don’t have anyone available to do that” he ended up calling another shop to see if they were available. The other shop said that should be fine. After taking a look at the other shops poor reviews regarding scheduling and poor service and the fact that at best I would be able to pick up my car 3 hours after my original pick up time I decided to go elsewhere. Poor service all around and an absolutely useless online scheduler. Just go to call in service only if the scheduler isn’t going to make a difference. Waste of my time.
