This is my go-to for everything from oil changes to surprise repairs. The customer service is great and I feel really comfortable in the space, which isn’t always true as a woman in an auto shop. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you know what’s happening to your car. Fair prices too! I’ll be a customer here as long as I live in Madison!

I’ve had my car’s my oil changed and other services at Dutch’s for a number of years now. Nan & Crystal are awesome owners, & they and the team know their stuff! If there is a repair or type of service they don’t provide, Nan has given me excellent recommendations to other local folks and it’s worked out great. Most recently, they went above and beyond to remedy a parking brake issue, one in which even the dealership wasn’t solving and had overlooked. I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to have such a transparent, trustworthy and reasonable place to take my car. Plus, between their sense of humor, straight-talking ways, and Gabby, the adorable dog in site, it often makes for an entertaining visit as well.

Look no further for honest mechanics. For the first time I felt I was spoken to like a human and not being ripped off. They are so honest, no BS. They'll tell you how it is and make you feel respected as a customer. I'll never take my car elsewhere again after working with them twice within the last couple weeks.
