I had a problem with a tire on a implement trailer. It had a bad vibration and noise. After stopping at a wayside. I saw that the tire was falling apart,due to age. I took the tire off and into them. I didn't think any tire place other than an ag or commercial shop. Would have a tire that size or that ply or even that heavy duty in stock. But they did! It hardly took any time at all and I was back on the road again.
I give them a solid five. I hobbled my car in to them with a completely flat tire as I was on my way to work. I was hoping that they would fix or replace my tire ASAP. Fortunately they were not very busy and they got me in right away and back on the road in about 30 minutes. I felt they were very accommodating under the circumstances and staff was courteous.
