Replaced the inverter water pump on my 2007 hybrid Toyota Highlander and I was totally impressed. They diagnosed quickly, explained thoroughly and had the the car all ready to receive the part when it got in. It was ready an hour later. Best service I’ve ever had and they treated me like a queen. Impressive shop. This is a place that cares about their customers and cares about doing the job right. Great communication, helpful, timely. Glad I found a place I can trust! Added perk, surprisingly tech focused on the customer service side. The app they use is great, creates a costumer profile with vehicle service history, they send text updates and pictures when necessary. Scheduling is easy via text, app, or phone.
