These guys are amazing!! I work in WI but live in IL. My car started acting funny the night of a snowstorm at work. These guys got me in ASAP after I left work in the morning. They had my car done by early afternoon. Cost wasn't bad considering the work that needed to be done. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Madison area!!

On Feb 17th, I was driving to Hudson Wis when just before the exit to Madison my car lost acceleration and was making "clunking" sound. I was able to get off the highway and into a Shell gas station..I immediately called AAA not knowing what was happening but knowing a tow was needed. I chose Clauson Automotive knowing this was something that needed to be worked on..Being late on a Friday and closed the weekend, Clausons suggested a rental car so we could continue our trip..Returning on the Monday and learning of the possible $$$ work needed, I decided to continue on to Chicago and arrange a tow of my CRV from Clausons to my Honda dealer. From the time I walked into Clasons and met the Service Manager, Cameron Draws and his crew, I knew I was with people who were knowledgeable and were there for the client. Nothing happens quickly with car repair; it's the nature of the experience. Clauson's staff were patient , understanding , fair and extremely helpful to an out of towner !! The
