Look, I know car repair is a tough business. Customers are already unhappy because the car they rely on is broken and the car repairs are expensive, it’s just a fact of vehicle ownership. That said there are competent repair shops that diagnose and repair what is broken and charge an arm and a leg - but you drive away with a fixed car. Then there is Chet’s. I was a loyal customer there for years and I don’t know why. I had dozens of repairs there that either didn’t solve the problem or failed and had me returning for the same problem a month later. It is not just the cost of having repeated repairs done but the time and hassle of being without your car. I don’t give bad reviews just because I have one axe to grind. I tell you, from one car owner to another, look somewhere else and you’ll never know the pain you avoided.

I was able to drop off my vehicle right away for a 100k maintenance. The team at Chet’s did a thorough inspection of my car, found an issue with a tire rod on my car. They called to advise of the issue and were able to replace the tire rod and get the maintenance work done before the end of their business day.
