Car Care Clinic

On January 7, 2025, I paid $1,217.62 for the replacement of my fuel pump at this shop. After the repair, my gas gauge began malfunctioning, an issue that did not exist before. On February 4, 2025 I took it back in and they assured me that he would correct the problem and claimed to have replaced a faulty fuel sending unit, but the gas gauge is still malfunctioning. Plus they did not replace the sending unit. They simply lied. My gauge is still acting up. Buyer beware!

Outstanding service! My wife’s car overheated and, luckily, I was able to get it to Care Care Clinic, which was nearby. They typically operate in a first come, first serve basis so I got there 15 minutes before they opened. I was first, but others quickly came in just before they opened, so they were busy. Terry, the owner, warned they likely wouldn’t get to my car, which was probably going to require ordered parts. Despite this, all in the same day, they were able to work on my car, diagnose the issue (radiator fan assembly, $1095 parts/labor), order the factory part (no after-market part for my make/model, hence the price), RECEIVE the part, and finish the repair. Again, this was all the same day. They were even able to call my extended warranty-provider to file a claim for me so they could do the repair at reduced cost to me. Had a fantastic experience here. Issue was fixed quickly, everyone was kind and helpful and it cost me less than what I was quoted at another shop nearby. Couldn’t have been better, I’m recommending Car Care Clinic to everyone.
