Budd's Auto Repair

Budd's is by far the best service in town. They are always honest with their recommendations, and I never feel like I have to second guess what they tell me. They will offer to show you the issue without having to ask first. The customer service is fantastic, and they will even answer repair questions over the phone before you come in. They also work super hard to keep the price low, and comp services almost every time I have my car in the shop. I was told at a different shop that the only way to fix my leaking tire was to replace the TPMS, and Budd's patched it in 15 minutes and for a fraction of the price. While they fixed my tire, they also checked all my fluids and found a decent issue with a different wheel. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, I can't recommend them highly enough. Budd’s is great. My son’s girlfriend had her car serviced a few weeks ago and then her battery died, no fault of Budd’s. When I was in Madison last week, I put a new battery in the car and got it running. It was running rough so I stopped by Budd’s for a quick look at the car. They got me right in and within a couple of hours gave me the bad news, the motor is not going to make it for much longer. They are beyound honest and always look out for the customer. I appreciate the excellent service and if I lived closer, I would only go to Budd’s. Service: Engine repair

Was nervous to find a new mechanic in Madison & these guys were FANTASTIC. Went in with my 2012 Jeep for a matience check/over-heating (lucky to find Jeep service outside a dealership). They gave me all the diagnositic tests, visually explained / showed me where the issues were, then just charged for the tune-up & said to let them know if I'd like further servicing (tune-up was $150-replaced bulbs, topped fluids) Had to leave 5 stars because they were so personable & I'm so grateful to have not been bamboozled by an auto-shop when that is such an easy scam. There's a little wait-list, but I PROMISE they're worth it. Shout-out to Owen & Omer <3
