This place is a joke carol has a smart mouth and is rude.. U pay to much for the cars and they treat u with no respect at all..They had my car for 2 weeks in the shop to get fixed and I lost my job because of it and then I got it back for a week and couldn’t even drive it because the broke the exhaust and it was going into the car then it went back In the shop for 3 more days and car payment came and instead of moving the payment they kept my car then turned around and I said I voluntarily gave it back tf I did

Service kind of sucks. Filled the application out online on a Monday and didn’t hear anything back until Saturday. Made me make an appointment and said to call them before coming and it went straight to voicemail. Only 6 cars on their online inventory any they are all at least 10 years old. Doesn’t even show you prices online so I’m guessing they are all very overpriced. Having to make an in person appointment to see if your approved or not is kind of stupid given the fact that most people who are looking at getting a car here probably don’t have one.

Having a Used car is a dude edged sword. If not for the warranty I would have had to forfeit my vehicle. The Byrider teem in Janesville has went above and beyond for me to make things better while they fixed all the issues with my vehicle!. I can not stress how grateful I am they really had my back and make me feel not only like a Valued customer; they treated me like part of their Family. I recommend that anyone looking for a starting point go here!. 3 year 36,000 mile warranty (otherwise would have cost me around$12,000 to fix out of pocket). Hope you Choose Byrider Janesville!
