Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Janesville, WI

Associates seemed to care more about talking on the phone or to each other than about customer service. Cassidy was quite rude. I was told over the phone the shop closes at 6 and I could come in anytime. Came in a couple minutes after 5, stood around and waited as an associate spent about 9 minutes chatting on the phone with what sounded like a friend and then told me she wouldn't take walk ins after 5. I explained how this was the only night I could get off work early. (Which was also explained over the phone the day before when I called and found they had lost my name, contact information, and the tire they were going to order for me..) 2 stars, only because the guys in the shop were very nice to go out of their way for me and give me a hand. Once they actually brought my keys to the guys the whole tire change took only a few minutes to get in and out.

So friendly and helpful. We were passing through Janesville with a 6 week old baby in the car when the rear window got stuck down. Eric the shop manager was willing to take a look right away and fixed it on the spot. We are so grateful! Wish we lived closer and would come here for all our car service needs!
