I had an accident and Gordie Boucher was a preferred body shop with my American Family They were polite, very accommodating and provided excellent service. They answered all my questions and had my car done in under 2 days. The work looks fantastic and they handled everything with insurance seamlessly. I absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

My car is currently in the shop for repairs after hitting a deer. They say they’ll follow up with me about it’s progress, & I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve had to call every time to get information, & every time it’s a different story. I called yesterday & was told my car would be done by tomorrow, & when I called just now, they told me they were still waiting for a part. My car has been in the shop for almost a month now. Zero communication. I bought my car from them so I thought this would be my best choice, but if I ever need repairs in the future, I will be going elsewhere.
