Called the auto shop Yesterday and got some estimate done. Alan was very prompt with the pricing and so I scheduled the next day to get my brakes and oil cha ge done. Initially was going to have both front and rear brakes done however Alan called me and told me I have 50% left. So to save me some money we just got the front done. Staff was very friendly as well

Took our work van in to have the front brake pads and rotors replaced. Was quoted $260.00 When we went to pick it up they charged us $421.55 When asked why, we were told because they had to buy OEM rotors and could not get aftermarket. They never called to ask if it was fine that is cost more. I advised they can not charge more than 10 percent more than the estimate. He responded with "what estimate, I was not here" I then asked what the warranty is and he said "I believe 1 year". Tried to keep business local and eneded up paying more than the dealer charges (Korum Ford charges 289) with half the warranty period. I will never take another vehichle to them. Service: Brakes
